Nueva Vizcaya (Filipino: Bagong Biskaya) is a province of the Philippines located in the Cagayan Valleyregion in Luzon. Its capital is Bayombong. It is bordered by, clockwise from the north, Ifugao, Isabela, Quirino, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Pangasinan, and Benguet.
